    Five core services

    Complex electrical fault diagnosis

Parasitic current draw traced to source — not guessed at. Bus-off conditions, intermittent warning lights, ground faults, voltage drops under load, and open-circuit chasing across multi-strand wiring diagrams. Every diagnosis starts with a full live-data scan, oscilloscope capture and a documented fault tree before any part is touched.

ECU & module coding, programming and gateway work

Live online accounts with the manufacturer diagnostic platforms required to read, code, programme and replace ECUs and control modules on gateway-protected modern vehicles — including full module coding after replacement, variant coding, long coding, and adaptation resets. Key and immobiliser programming including used and virginised units.

    Vehicle network diagnostics

CAN, LIN, FlexRay and automotive Ethernet fault tracing at the physical layer. Bus-off events, gateway corruption, missing messages, node timing issues, and incorrect termination identified with a two-channel oscilloscope and network analyser. Not a code-clear and a road test.

    Component-level electronic repair

Board-level soldering, re-balling, capacitor replacement and trace repair on ECUs, instrument clusters, BCMs, ABS modules, charging-system electronics and sensor assemblies. We repair where the cost-benefit is clear and replace where it is not — and we document the decision with photographs.

    Hybrid & EV high-voltage diagnostics

High-voltage battery capacity and cell-balance testing, isolation resistance measurement, on-board charger, inverter, DC-DC converter and DCFC diagnostics on hybrid and battery-electric vehicles. Full CAT III HV safety procedure observed on every job. 12 V and 48 V mild-hybrid systems also handled.
